Carol White’s downtown fitness studio has the feel of a hip, urban loft space, with exposed brick walls, high ceilings and a view of the bustling street outside. White, a personal trainer for over 20 years, opened her own space in Fall 2009 at 710 St. Joseph Street, Suite #100 in downtown Rapid City, SD. She and her knowledgeable team, coaches and specialists offer a “one-stop” personal fitness training studio with open membership, weight management, massage, FIT yoga a variety of FIT classes as well as customized fitness programs designed just for YOU!
The studio has a private stretching/fitness room, free weights, weight machines, fitness accessories and cardio equipment with their own TV/DVD combinations and boutique-style changing rooms.

We’re excited to announce FIT Fusion Studio, an extension of our high-energy community, a new home for our instructor-lead group fitness classes for men and women.
We’re keeping true to our close-knit setting and that community connection with our knowledgable instructors! Limited space means that our FIT Fusion instructors get more time to assist you in perfecting your form, attaining your goals, and giving you personalized attention.
You’ll enjoy the same easy access to downtown parking, making it simple to stop by on your way to work, on your lunch break, or even on your way home.
Thirty-minute classes from yoga and pilates, to dance cardio, to weight training and interval training, will be offered, making the convenient location easy to integrate into your workout routine.
Our vintage-inspired bright, contemporary space is stocked with all the fitness equipment you’ll need.
